Crée fin 2010, Keratocum est né de la rencontre de Vj iris et Vj Lens.
Après deux ans de vijing entre la bretagne et le sud de la France dans diverses soirées tant en salle qu’en free party, Keratocum opère une mutation fin 2012; Vj Iris quitte le crew et Vj Lens étend son univers avec le mapping.
Keratocum est alors lancé dans cette nouvelle discipline jusqu’ici non-explorée, avec l’intégration de Big Dirt
(dj du sound system Pyratak), qui apporte sa contribution aux projets mapping tant sur la création et la fabrication, que l’installation des supports de projection.
Porté par Vj lens, Keratocum est imprégné de son parcours.
Dans le milieu de la freeparty depuis la fin des années 90, c’est après avoir expérimenté la musique et les arts graphiques que cet activiste visuel approche le travail vidéo en 2004, lors d’une collaboration avec le duo théatro-trash-satyrique « BenzoDiazepine » pour la création de leur premier clip promotionnel.
Séduit par cette nouvelle activité, il se dirige immédiatement vers le vjing, le but sera d’allier la vision et l'audition en étant au plus près des fréquences sonores (1ère démo sur un track 69db, « 46 00 on the dial »).
Parallèlement à son métier de régisseur plateau/vidéo ( Scène Nationale du Parvis depuis2005), Vj Lens évolue sur la scène underground.
L’envie de découvrir d’autres univers (salles, festivals, …) l’oriente sur un travail plus graphique et futuriste tout en préservant sa touche très psychédélique.
Cette nouvelle direction lui a permis de jouer avec divers artistes (SP 23,Mik Izif,Electrobugz,Suburbass,Hilight tribe,Dragongaz,Da Fresh,Axel Karakasis...).
Attaché à ses origines culturelles, VJLens continue ses performances en free et rave party aux côtés de sound system (Les Rêves Ephémères, les SPU,et autres crew), sources d’inspirations et d’expérimentations de nouvelles techniques.
Fin 2012 pas d'Apocalypse, mais vient l'heure d'une évolution et de nouveaux projets voient le jour. Commence alors l'exploration des techniques de mapping sous leurs diverses formes et ainsi son envie de partager avec le plus grand nombre sa passion du visuel.

Created in late 2010, Keratocum was born from the reunion of Vj Iris and Vj Lens.
For two years between britain (breizh) and the south of France, they practice vijing in various parties, indoor or in free parties. Keratocum makes a mutation in late 2012 when Vj Iris leaves the crew, then Vj Lens expends his univers with the mapping. Keratocum is launched into this new dicipline, so far unexplored, with Big dirt’s integration (dj from Pyratak soundsystem) who contributes to mapping projects, as well as creation and fabrication or setting up the projection areas.

Supported by Vj Lens, Keratocum is inspired by his background:
Emerging from the freeparty’s world since the late 90s, it is experiencing the music and the grafic arts than this visuel activist starts the video work : in 2004 with the collaboration of the duo theatro-trash-satyrical “BenzoDiazepine” he made their first promotional videoclip.
Seduced by this new practice, he immediatly jumps into the Vijing discipline, the idea is to combine vision and hearing, being closer to sound frequencies (first demo on a 69db’s track, “46 00 on the dial”).
Along his work as a stage/video manager (“Scène Nationale du Parvis”since 2005), Vj Lens grows up on underground scenes.

Exhalted by the desire to discover new univers (festivals, concert theather...) his work becomes more graphic and futuristic, while preserving his psychedelic touch.
This new direction allowed him to play with various artists such as SP 23,Mik Izif,Electrobugz,Suburbass,

Hilight tribe,Dragongaz,Da Fresh,Axel Karakasis...
Caring about his cultural origins, Vj Lens continues to perform in free and rave parties, with soundsystem (Les reves ephemeres, les SPU and others crews), where he finds inspiration sources and experiments new technics.
End of 2012 no apocalypse, but it’s time for evolution and new projects emerged.
Then, begins the exploration of mapping technics on their various forms and so, his willing to share with many his passion for visual.
