What is it you're hiding? What is it you don't want other people to see? Detangle the knot opens with a live soundscape and live visuals featuring performer Desi dancing, trembling and screaming. A raw portrait of the emotions women are taught to suppress: the rage softened into silence, the knot that tightens every time the world asks you to stay calm. This is not that. After fifteen minutes of visceral release, the space transforms. The visuals bloom into color, the music lifts and what began as a cry becomes a celebration.
